Spa Clients Please Check in at the Hotel Front Desk
Upon arrival to the hotel please be sure to check in at the front desk to get access to the elevator. (DO NOT TAKE THE STAIRS) The Heldrich Hotel elevators need a room key to access the 3rd floor. If you do not have a room key please let the front desk know you need to get to the Spa on the 3rd floor and they will assist you.
